Most SME's do not have a formal business plan in place, indeed many smaller companies do not see the need or the benefit in having such a plan, but as the well known saying tells us:-

We do not prepare cumbersome documents that never see the light of day as soon as they are finished.

Our philosophy is to help companies develop a business plan that becomes part of their daily lives, and our ideal plan would be 1 or 2 sides of A4, which is looked at on a regular basis.
